Airport Development

WILEY POST AND ITS FELLOW AIRPORT, CLARENCE E. PAGE, OFFER SUPERB ADVANTAGES FOR AVIATION DEVELOPMENT.

Wiley Post Airport has always embraced the spirit of its legendary namesake – innovative, adventurous, bold, and hard-working.  As a result, the airport provides a thriving environment for aviation operations and related industry and is an ideal location for your aviation venture.

With a prime metro location - just minutes from Northwest Expressway, Route 66 and the northern Oklahoma City business district - over 30 companies have made Wiley Post their business home. These companies provide such services as major overhaul and maintenance, avionics, paint and interior, and aircraft sales. Over 480 aircraft are based on the property.

The airport offers two parallel runways. The longest, 17L/35R is 7200' X 150’ and has a precision ILS approach to each runway.  The second runway is 5,000’ x 150’.

Two full-service FBO’s, Atlantic Aviation and Valair Aviation, provide a wide range of amenities for pilots, visitors and corporate flight departments.

The Northeast Hanger Development Area

As Oklahoma City continues to grow and thrive economically, so does the business environment at Wiley Post Airport resulting in a high demand for commercial and non-commercial hangars.  In order to accommodate current and future needs, the airport has designated approximately 20 acres for mixed-used hangar development.

The site is development-ready thanks to recent enhancements completed by the airport.  Improvements include:
• Site completely graded and leveled with a new storm-water detention pond
• New sewer and water lines
• An extended taxiway and two, new taxi-lanes that provide full access to the runway
system
• A new, secured entrance and roadway from Rockwell Avenue

Clarence E. (CE) Page Airport is located fifteen miles west of Oklahoma City, just southwest of Yukon, Oklahoma.  Its proximity to I-40 provides easy access to surrounding communities as well as Interstates 35 and 44.  The airport has two runways; the largest is 6,013 feet long and 100 feet wide, and is jet-capable.

Mid Continent Airmotive, the fixed base operator (FBO) provides aircraft maintenance on turboprop and jet aircraft. Page is also home to specialty shops engaged in aircraft painting, upholstery and refurbishment. Thirty-five private hangar owners currently call Page home.

Page Airport has large tracts of available land for development.   Individual lots and taxiways have been plotted and readied for additional single hangars.
